When you enter a person's house as a guest, it is polite to say a customary greeting to everyone you see in the house and introduce yourself. For example, if it is your first time going to your friends house, you can say, "Hello! Thank you for having me over."To your friend's family members, you can say, "Hello! I'm (name). Nice to meet you." If it's not your first time going to your friends house, you can greet everyone in the house by saying, "Hello! How are you?"
Hello! Thank you for having me over." すでに行ったことのある家では、"Hello, how are you?"

Are you busy? invites your friend to confirm whether or not it is convenient to visit.Have you got time for a cuppa? this phrase is an indirect way of asking if they are free to have a tea/coffee and a chat.
Are you busy? Have you got time for a cuppa?

In English we don't have any specific phrase for entering someones house like お邪魔します。Thanking the person for having you over or saying good to see you are good things to say. In the UK people may say 'put the kettle on' indicating that they want a nice cup of tea or coffee.

  • Hi! I hope I'm not disturbing you.

  • Hey! Are you busy?

    play icon

According to your text it seems as though you want to greet your friend and indirectly apologise and inquire if the friend is preoccupied. All three are used in the same way. Greet first and add an expression of apology and/or inquisition. For example: "are you busy?" "Am I disturbing you?" Etc.

You should always start with a greeting - hi, hello, good morning, etc.If you arrive and they have other people there then it is polite to say - I hope I am not interrupting? or I hope I am not disturbing you?If it's a good friend then they will welcome you whatever they are doingHope this helpsJane :)
I hope I am not interrupting? や I hope I am not disturbing you?

Shout "hello" - Shout and use a high pitched intonation/voice so it sounds like a question?Shout "(their name)" Shout and use a high pitched intonation/voice so it sounds like a question?Hello! Are you there (their name)? - Shout and use a high pitched intonation/voice so it sounds like a question? All of the above are assuming you can't see your friend in the room of the house you have entered but it grabs their attention that you are in there home/house. However, for myself personally, I would always knock the door, even if it was my closest friend. If i did just walk in I would use the above - for example, my Mothers house I would walk in and just shout "Mum" in a high pitched intonation/voice to let her know I have arrived.
Hello! Are you there (their name)?:これも大声で早めのピッチで叫ぶことで、疑問形に聞こえるように言います。

  • 2. Thanks for inviting me in.

  • 3. Nice place you have!

    play icon

It depends on the exact situation what is said.1. This is appropriate if you are calling by without notice. The family do not expect you and invite you in.2. This is another possible phrase for that kind of situation. Perhaps they were expecting you, but you just planned to drop off some documents. They invite you in.3. This is a suitable comment for many situations. You give a compliment about the house. If it's small you can say: "Nice cosy place you have!" If it's big you can say: "What a spacious living area you have!" If it's colourful you can say: "What a great colour scheme you have!" You can always think of a nice compliment!
家が小さければ: "Nice cosy place you have!" もし大きければ "What a spacious living area you have!" カラフルなら: "What a great colour scheme you have!" You can always think of a nice compliment!

  • Thank you for inviting me over!

    play icon

You can use any of these two sentences:- 1. Thank you for the warm welcome  2. Thank you for inviting me over!  Upon entering your friend's house, most people will say some kind of greeting to express thanks to your friend for the gesture of inviting you, and to show that you are happy to be there.
1. Thank you for the warm welcome 2. Thank you for inviting me over!
