assign 人 a role/task で、「（人）の役割分担を決める」。役割分担を決める立場の人が「決めます」と言う場合には　Let me 〜 で始めるといいですね。今回はそれぞれの人の分担を決めるので、目的語は each of you を使い、　Let me assign each of you the role in the project.なお、each に assign するので、role と単数になります。
