My theory in regards to bringing up children is that I don’t get angry at them. I try to listen to them first.
I don’t tell my children off.

「怒らない教育方針」は英語で「Teaching policies where you don't get mad」と言います。「方針」は「policies」と言いますが、「plan」か「objective」でも使えます。怒らない教育方針を考えていますが、私は短気なのでかなり難しいです。I'm thinking about teaching policies where you don't get mad, but I have a short temper so it's pretty hard.
