私はスピリチュアルな話なくして私自身を語れないので、次の文章を言いたいです。
私は精神性を高める事に繋がる事をするのが好きです。例えば精神性を高める音楽に触れる、エゴから離れた大自然の中で魂のメッセージを受け取り自然のエネルギーを存分に感じる、どうしたら成長速度を早められるかを考える、などです。
