一番目は、「そんなに努力する価値がありますか？」というのが直訳です。二番目は、「あなたは、そんなに( )したいんですか？」という意味。こちらは、主語がアナタな点に注意が必要です。三番目は、「なんでそんなことすることが良いの？」です。直訳を無視して、ツッコミ的ノリを求めるなら、これが一番ぴったり。
