日本語の表現と英語の文章が矛盾してる気がしますが去年チケット買ったと言いたい場合はI bought the concert tickets last year になります。チケットを取ったって意味で I got the tickets でもOKです。もちろんあなたのチケットを買ったけどで of course I got yourtickets but で良いですが何か別の用事が入ったって感じの意味だとsomething came up と言います。I had something come up と言うのも可。
