例に挙げられた２つの「〜を前提に」は少し意味が異なります。「みなさんがもう既に[知っている](http://eikaiwa.vntkg.com/uknow/questions/58537/)という前提で」は、「知っているのを当然のこととして」の take 〜 for granted が使えるケースです。今回この「〜」の部分は「みなさんがもう既に知っている」= you have knowledge of itですが、これをそのまま〜に入れると長いので、　take it for granted that you have knowledge of itと、"that you have knowledge of it" を it で置き換えるのがいいです。次に「[匿名](http://eikaiwa.vntkg.com/uknow/questions/60685/)を前提に情報を提供する」の場合は「匿名という条件で」なので、　on condition of anonymityとなります。「匿名」は anonymity です。
