すみませんそのまま直訳でしたが。まず「かくれんぼ」は英語でHide and seek　もしくは　Hide and go seekHideは「隠れる」　Seekは「探す」そして「おに」を英語で「It」と呼びます。かくれんぼはローカルルールがあるので100％ではありませんが基本100数えて探しに行きます。よって「もういいかい」「まーだだよ」は日本のルールだと思われます。Let's play hide and seekかくれんぼしよう

Wait, I'm not ready!

Whenever we played hide and seek in Canada I would say this phrase if I was the one seeking.

カナダで「かくれんぼ」をする時、自分が鬼だと「このフレーズ（Ready or not, here I come!）」を使っていました。

前の回答の方と同じく、英語のかくれんぼ Hide and Seekに、「もういいかい？」「まぁだだよ」の決まり文句はないと思います。なので、私も直訳になりますが、日本語の音に合わせて、Are you ready?No, not yet.なんてどうでしょうか？アメリカのかくれんぼの補足情報です。日本みたいに数を数えた後、「もういいかい？」って聞く代わりに、Ready or not, here I come!＝もうよくても悪くても、行くよ！おに(It)がこう言って、探し始めます。

Ready/ Not Ready
one two three block myself

When you are the person counting you call out. "Ready or not here I come."If you are the person hiding and you are ready you can shout. "Ready" If you are not ready you can shout. "Not ready."If you are the person hiding and you are going to go to the place where the person was counting you would shout. "One, two, Three block myself."

鬼の人はこのように言います。"Ready or not here I come."→もういいかい？隠れている人がもう準備ができた時は、. "Ready" (もういいよ)まだのときは、 "Not ready."　(まあだだよ)と叫びます。隠れている人が、鬼が数を数えている場所に近づく時はこのように叫びます。 "One, two, Three block myself."

I wouldn't say anything to give away my location
nothing

It's common to say ready or not here I come, after you've finished counting and your ready to find people, but if I was hiding I wouldn't say anything to give away my location.

数を数え終わって探しに行く準備ができたら"ready or not here I come"と言うことが一般的ですが、私が隠れる場合は、隠れている場所のヒントを与えないよう何も言わないでしょう。

I'm not ready yet!

This is a very popular game called hide and go seek. The person who has to try to find the others says "ready or not, here I come!"If the people who are hiding have not found a good hiding spot, they say "Wait, I'm not ready yet!"

これは、hide and go seekと呼ばれるとても一般的な遊びです。他の人を見つけに行く人は、"ready or not, here I come!"と言います。隠れるのによい場所を見つけられていない人は、"Wait, I'm not ready yet!"と言います。
