around は「約、およそ」の意味です。英訳１：Is it possible to ...? は「…可能でしょうか？」という尋ね方です。英訳２：Would it be possible to ...? は、英訳１よりさらに丁寧な響きです。英訳３：Is there anyway you could ...? は、「…していただける方法はありますか？」という尋ね方です。make the price XX を lower the price to XX に言い換えてもOK。lower は「下げる」という意味の動詞です。
