コピー商品ブランド:「この記事の内容に関する質問を挙げてください」って英語でなんて言うの？

「関する」をどのように言うといいのか、よく分かりません。
「この記事の内容に関する質問を挙げてください」と言いたいのですが、
その記事について（about）ではなく、内容を読んでそれに関しての質問を挙げてほしい、と言うときに、regarding to　を使うでしょうか？
regard to と with regard to の違いもよく分かりません。
教えていただけますと助かります。

1つ目　（regarding)
Please ask your questions regarding the content of this article

2つ目　(regards to)
Please ask your questions in regards to the content of this article.

3つ目　（with regards to)
Please ask your questions with regards to the content of this article.

全ての上記の英文は正しいです。内容的にほぼ一緒ですが、言葉遣いだけです。
一番自然な言い方としたら、2つ目の「Please ask your questions in regards to the content of this article.」です。
