「復習」の意味は"review"です。"Re"という接頭辞の意味合いは「改めて」です。"View"の意味は「見る」です。ですから、"re" + "view" = 「改めて見る」・「もう一度見る」= 復習例文：Sorry, I can't go drinking with you tonight. I have to review for an exam.(ごめん、今日一緒に飲めない。試験に復習しなきゃ。）
