mioさん、こんにちは。こういった国に住みたい（行かれたい）のか、自分の国がこうあって欲しいのか分かりませんので、前者で訳してみました。I want to live in a country / with a supportive government and encouraging people.　　　　　　 国に住みたい / サポートしてくれる政府や励ましてくれる人々のいる今回お尋ねの英文に限らず、with の使い方を覚えておかれると便利です。この with は have に置き換えると分かりやすいのですが、ex. I want to belong to a team with a good manager.　良い監督のいるチーム＝I want to belong to a team which has a good mangaer.ex. He is a man with beard.　髭の生えた男性=He is a man who has beard.ex. I want a product with a beautiful design.　美しいデザインの製品=I want a product which has a beautiful design.などと、直前の名詞を説明でき、応用がききます。また、 supportive 助けてくれる encouraging 励まし、自信や希望を与えてくれるという形容詞も便利です。・・・少しでもご参考として頂けますと幸いです。
