「英検」はEnglish proficiency testと言えますが、普通にEikenだけで使っています。相手は日本のことを全く知らなかったらThe 3rd level of the English proficiency testにした方がいいです。
「中学卒業」はjunior high school graduateと言います。そして、「程度」はdegreeとlevelと言えますので、英文の前半にlevelが現れています。
